Well, this one is at least without stars. Another nicely hand-drawn entry although a bit bland and does have a bit of a 30's coca cola/car ornament feel to it perhaps.

My only suggestion might be to eliminate or make less prominent the border. A faint suggestion of an oval might work, but as it is, the oval calls attention to itself somehow defining the space too sharply. It is a neat and strong design. Would it substract from the elegant simplicity to have the word "ads" in slightly different color?

I know "cheers" are discouraged. But if Brian can get in his jeers, why not a cheer? This works, and works well. I like it better than Kent's other two. I prefer this lettering to the Coke lettering.
